Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am in a very bad situation at home, My mother had a stroke so her and i live with my sister (32) and my nephews (13 and 7). My sister physically abuses me from time to time and im very well mistreated. I am 17 years old, And my boyfriend wants me to move with him he is 18. I will be done with school in just a few months. I may be pregnant also and where im at isn't healthy for me, nor my child. My sister doesn't have legal custody of me. My mom is still my guardian and she is able to respond yes or no if asked for permission for me to leave. What i need to know is how i could obtain legal rights to move out for the safety of myself and unborn child.

2) Get written permission from Mom to move out of state with boyfriend. or:

3) File a petition with the court for emancipation (will have to show ability to support yourself: or
