Battery case

I was wanting to know, if it was possible to have this charge off my record? I'm trying to be a nurse, when I went to court for this I wasn't thinking about my career. I'm about to go back to college for nursing and I don't want this on my record.

You can have it expunged, but you will always have to disclose it if asked.
