battery
my exhusband is charging my boyfriend for battery just because he pushed him. Can he be arrested?

Yes, your boyfriend can be arrested and charged with probably misdemeanor battery assuming the injuries were minor. If you think your exhusband will actually call the police, your boyfriend should think about hiring a lawyer and not issuing any statements without him/her present.
