Community property rights in family law exist only if you are married or have a valid domestic partnership. With that being said, if you can trace money you put into any of the property, you may be entitled to reimbursement or to ownership of that traced asset in a civil lawsuit. As to the children, it would be appropriate to file a petition for paternity in order to set up the parenting relationship as well as establish child support. Please meet with a skilled family law attorney to explore your legal options.
