Legal Question in Family Law in California

Bench warrant for not paying Minor's attorney

If someone has an arrest warrant out on them for not paying Court Ordered Minor's attorney fees, what happens? How long are they held? $5,000 is amount delinquent. How much would he have to pay? Person also is delinquent in child support, $35K. Can Minor's counsel get money before child support delinquency is paid? Orange County mom/3 kids need advice. Thank you in advance.

When the police come into contact with that person the person is generally arrested. You should retain an attorney to review this matter as soon as possible.
