Beneficiary Information

I may or may not be a benificiary of my parents estate. I know that they have either a Will or a Trust. My mother passed approx. 2 years ago, my father is still living however he has lost his faculties and has been moved out of the state to live with my brother. Shortly after my mother passed, my father told me that my brother was taking him to see his attorney to make some estate changes. Is there a way to verify if I am indeed a benficiary? If so, please advise the procedure. Also, as a benificiary, am I entitled to a copy of the documents?
