Big Move

What if My children & I had the oprotunity to move and it was out of state? What would be the proper procedure for moving legaly as far as non custodial parent notification etc.?

You should motion for the court to allow you to move out of state. The non custodial parent will have an opportunity to be heard and orders may be made.
