Bigamy

What legal recourse or justice can a married

person receive after finding out the a spouse

in that union committed bigamy during the

marriage. To clarify, the bigamust spouse

was not married prior to this marriage, but

married someone during the marriage. Confusing,

yes. From the research I have conducted so far,

there seems to be no justice for the victim. Please explain to me the injustice if correct.

the first marriage is valid but the second one is not. the recourse is divorce in the first marriage.
