Legal Question in Family Law in California
Bigamy
What legal recourse or justice can a married
person receive after finding out the a spouse
in that union committed bigamy during the
marriage. To clarify, the bigamust spouse
was not married prior to this marriage, but
married someone during the marriage. Confusing,
yes. From the research I have conducted so far,
there seems to be no justice for the victim. Please explain to me the injustice if correct.
Thank you

Re: Bigamy
the first marriage is valid but the second one is not. the recourse is divorce in the first marriage.
