Can a bigamy marriage be validated if first marriage ends in divorce and second married couple are still together?

No. The second marriage was void from the beginning. It is a relatively simple process to annul the bigamous marriage after the divorce of the first marriage is completed, and then remarry. I actually did all the paperwork for that for a client recently. It is a process that you must do, however, because it has implications for all kinds of legal rights that could be challenged down the road if it is not taken care of, particularly any issues of inheritance and community property when one of the spouses dies. It also has implications for things like social security and insurance coverages.
