Legal Question in Family Law in California
Is it the more bills you have the less child support they can take? For example the case is not here yet but would they take less from me if they seen I just bought a new vehicle and got a new credit card payment?...She is in FLA and I am in CA but we are going by FLA law.

In California your expenses are not taken into account in setting child support, only income net of taxes and a few other allowed deductions (health ins. premiums, union dues, a few other things). If you are under FL law, though, why are you bothering to ask CA attorneys? You need to re-post your question as a FL question.
