Biologic father

I just found out that I am the father of 21 year old girl. I live in CA and she lives in NV. Can the mother or daughter rec'v back child support from me through court or otherwise?

They cannot bring an action for child support in California as the court has no jurisdiction to award retroactive support. I do not know about the laws of the State of Nevada or any other state that may have jurisdiction over you. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
