biological father only wants nothing else

biological father didnt know of child till 5or6yrs of age he paid all the child support the court ordered until the mom got married then it stopped child is now 21 and the mom is harassing the father with constant phone calls father does not even know the girl and has never seen her and does not want a relationship with the girl he has his own family and life she needs to move on does he have to have a relationship with her what are his rights? the mom never called when she was a little girl but now he is being stocked by the mom with phone calls ever weekend she calls. we dont even know how the mom got all our information other then the girl is married to a cop and he got our personal information illegally for his own personal use.. our number is unlisted . and bio father never had a relationship with mom other then one night and was never seen again she trapped him for money.

I would call the police because of the harassment, and if it is necessary I would file for a restraining order against the harassing mother. It is inappropriate once you asked them to discontinue calls to keep contacting you.
