Legal Question in Family Law in California

Not the biological father.

i was married in 1990 and my wife had a affair with another man in 2003 she had a baby i never got a DNA because she told me i was not the father. Now in 2008 i got i filed for a divorce and now she is saying she wants child support. Can she do that? and what laws say she can do that?

the baby is presumed your since it was conceived during the marriage. if you want to be part of the babies life, you need to pay support and get parenting time. otherwise you can contest paternity.
