Birth Certificate

20 years ago I had a baby I gave up for adoption. Recently I discovered her original birth certificate lists her name as ''baby girl'' and not the name I gave her. Can this be changed?

It has been changed by the adoptive parents. Your parental rights were terminated when you gave up the baby for adoption.
