Legal Question in Family Law in California

you probably won't believe this , It is one for the "books"

My question is inreguards to my husbands paid in full child-support arrears.

how do we get the franchize tax board to stop attaching his wages and tax returns? The child support has been paid off yet the franchize tax board still is taking money that is not owed! The DA's office has repeatily filed all the forms required to stop the support garnishments, and still they take money out of his pay, this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. also the state of Oregon has taken our federal tax returns and is claiming that there was only a dollar differance in what was owed and our return, when in fact there was over 1800 dollars differance. As far as the child support office here is concered we are paid in full and oregon owes us our money back as well as the additionall wage garnishments and the DA is equally baffled as to why the franchize tax board keeps issueing an order for garnishment that is 2 years old! and has been paid off many times over.this time they attached his navy retirement and left us 31dollars. how do we get our money back?

You will need to file a motion with the court requesting an accounting and reimbursement from District Attorney's Affice so they can audit their records and order a reimbursement for any over paid child support payments.
