Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ex boyfriend wants 50% of our children and we are now doing a 730 Custody Eval.
My Ex Boyfriend and I are going through a Custody Eval next month in Feb.2008. We have 3 children our youngest is 10 months and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. My children and I were a total hiden secret from his family because he was married and I was the ''mistress''. I have raised these children with only him coming over 1 to 2 times a week and now that the ''cat is out of the bag'' and his family knows about our children, he wants 50% or more and he said it needs to state that on paper. He started out getting monitored visitation and was angry and now with the eval going on his attorneys say that he will win because they have a good rep with the evaluator. I have read many horror stories about corrupted evaluators. HELP! What can I do. Also, the judge is now turning on me,even after his lies. I need a good,strong,tough attorney willing to help me. He makes 6-7 figures a year and is a filmmaker. He also lies about his income and will only show one account. Do I have a chance of keeping my full custody and the only life these kids have known? I am proving I want them to bond with their dad by giving him short,frequent visits- but thats not good enough for him...
Please Help!

You need to hire an attorney and develop a strategy right away.
