Legal Question in Family Law in California

My boyfriend has not seen his children for father's day or his birthday for 2 years since the divorce. He has something called "reasonable visitation" and due to this he only gets to see his children for about 4 days in 12 months. What can he do to see his children more?

Reasonable visitation that doesn't state specifics needs to be analyzed to see if your boyfriend has been trying to exercise "reasonable" visitation, and has been denied, without "good reason". If that has been the case, then he needs to file an Order to Show Cause to get back into court, to establish specific visitation, so that it won't be up to the whim of the mother of his children.
