My boyfriend left me pregnant and moved from the US to the UK. I'm about to have his baby in California. How can I get child support from him?

The Hague Convention where 26 countries participated in passed the Uniform Interestate Family Support Act to deal with international support cases. Lucky for you the United Kingdom is one of the 26 countries that have agreed to the act. Whenever you deal with international child support or custody I strongly suggest you hire an attorney.
