Legal Question in Family Law in California

my boyfriend is married to a filipina in year 2002 they live together for only 6 months my bofriend file for an anullment that anullment case is already 7 years in the philippine court but nothing happends the girl wont give his freedom.

My boyfriend is thinking is it it legal if we get married to a place where it is US teritory like Saipan?

If it does is our marriege their will be acknowleged by US government even his anullment case he filed here in philippines is not yet done?

Please Help us...

You can't get married to someone else lawfully, unless your and their previous marriages have been terminated by court order. If you do so, you marriage is null on the grounds of bigamy.

You will also be committing a crime in every place I know of if you knowingly marry someone whose divorce or annulment is not yet final.
