My ex boyfriend neglects our baby .And he says that is not his, he doesnt wants it, and he eants me to abort

Your question is confusing. You state that he is neglecting the baby, and then you say that he wants you to abort the baby. The choice of whether or not to continue with the pregnancy is yours alone. You should decide what you want to do and then proceed. Once the child is born you can file a paternity suit and request an order for child support.
