Legal Question in Family Law in California

okay my boyfriend owes me child support and he has a workers compensation case I'm not sure if it is closed or stiill open, but I do know that he has a bank account with bank of america that he recently opened to have an insurance compenstion check deposited in the amount of 38,000 dollars the only problem is that his workers comp case and bank account is under a different name and not the name he uses or the name I have on my child support case, but its the same person. What can I do? or how might I be able to be entitled to some of money?

You need to place a "lien" on the workers comp case as soon as possible. If the county won't help, contact me or some other lawyer in whom you have confidence.
