Legal Question in Family Law in California

My boyfriend and I a parting ways. We have a 9 month old child together. I am a stay at home mom and I do partime work from home he is a fulltime worker. I am our son's provider when he is away at work and when he is home. He said he will fight me for 50/50 custody of our child and put him daycare when he is with him. I need to know what do you think a judge will say to that?

Also I am still breastfeeding
