i dont want my boyfriend to see his son because he has mentally abuse me and have said if i leave him he will kill himself and my son and i dont want to share custody with him

If you are a victum of abuse, please contact a battered womens shelter and if necessary the police. You may also wish to investigate securing a civil or criminal personal protection restraining order for yourself and your child.
