Legal Question in Family Law in California

My boyfriend has a 2 year old daughter that he has full custody of. He works long hours. Is there anyway I can get put on her custody papers so I can get her to and from daycare or drs appoitments so its not a hassle?

Yes, the custody order could be modified to specifically provide that you are an authorized care-giver, but that is usually far more hassle and expense than just having dad notify the relevant people that he authorized you to pick her up from daycare and take her to the doctor. The doctor may also have forms that would allow you to authorize treatment if he cannot be reached, ditto for the daycare.
