Legal Question in Family Law in California

Breach of Marital Settlement Agreement as regards Chapter 13 payments

My ex-wife has breached our marital settlement agreement that she signed agreeing to pay 1/2 of the monthly payments for a 36 month Chapter 13 plan. She paid about 16 months, then quit paying. To avoid having the case dismissed by the bankruptcy court, I am making her payments as well as mine every month. The plan is now into the 27th month. She quit her job in January and is trying to hide from me. I know what city she is in and where her son lives. How can I proceed to get her in front of the court to answer for this and to find out her assets so that I can be re-paid?

You can serve her with an order to show cause but obviously you have to find her first. Good luck.
