what do i do if ex is breaking the court ordered custody agreement?

Return to court to modify and/ or enforce the agreement. Co parenting counseling may be a wise investment to try and resolve these problems and avoid the endless cycle of returning to court until the child reaches the age of majority.

You may be able to charge ex with contempt, however, that is many times counter productive. A major factor of a custody decision is which parent is more likely to provide the other with frequent and meaningful contact. Frustrating custody orders can be used to change custody.
