Legal Question in Family Law in California

Breaking Order

I served my daughter's father with temporary orders and an order to show cause yesterday. Part of the temporary orders is that he nor his wife and to spank or lay a hand on my daughter. When speaking with tamie on the phone this evening she informed me that lacey smacked her again this morning. We don't go to court until the 25th. From my understanding, this goes directly against the temporary orders. Is there anything i can do until court

Re: Breaking Order

Get a lawyer. Does not make sense to not have one. You can call the department of children services and also do an ex parte osc! Good luck.

Re: Breaking Order

You need to immediately call the Sheriff's department to file an incident report so you can document the TRO violation when you go back to court
