Can I bring a casette record and record with full knowledge of all present a deposition I've been subpoena for? The attorney who issued the subpoena has been a real jerk to past respondents. He has yelled and belittled 5 people already.

If you are attending a deposition noticed by this attorney, then you do not have the right to record unless everyone agrees to it. It would be better to ask the Court for a protective order, or a referee!!
