If I bring home 3000.00 a month my ex bring in 1000.00 a month how much will the judge make me pay my ex in support, we been married 9 yrs 9 mos

You need to go to court and check out the dissomaster program to get an idea how temporary support will be calculated. Permanent support on the other hand is a more involved and complicated process invovling many factors for the court to examine.

You can contact the local family law facilitator in your court house to get self help information for self represented individuals.
