Legal Question in Family Law in California
My brother is going through a divorce, his wife has filed bankruptcy and not paid the mortgage. She has been giving short deed of trust and assignment of rents liens to her son, sister and attorney on their joint property (home). She is signing these documents without his consent. How can he stop her from trying to hide assets by giving them to her family? he have a divorce attorney can he file a Lis Pendens? Please help. Thank you

If he has a divorce attorney that attorney needs to answer any questions about the case. I will say, however, that it sounds like he needs to talk to another attorney about taking over the case if his present attorney is not doing anything about this stuff.
