my brother is been with this lady for 4 year and he bought all the furniture washer/dryer stove refrigater and everything else but the lady wont let him take anything from the house also computers tv's

This is not a family law issue, rather a small claims issue. Your brother can file in small claims for the return of the items or for their current fair market value.
