Legal Question in Family Law in California

My brother's default divorce is still pending (California, no children, no property). The documents include alimony for his ex-wife. We recently discovered his wife is maintaining a sizable marijuana "business" in the home. This far exceeds any "personal usage". Do her criminal actions allow my brother to void the alimony? If the default judgment happens to go through, does he have any recourse to void the alimony in light of this new information?

Support is based on a number of factors including income so if the wife's business is producing income not factored into the current support order, then support may be reduced or terminated in a motion requesting this relief.
