Legal Question in Family Law in California
have two brothers 14 and 9, i am playing mom until our mom comes back I am 23 and with a job and section 8(housing support) for the boys. our mother is pregnant she is on vacation but when she comes back she will possibly have to do jail time for the mistakes she has done up here. My question is Do i have a right to keep the baby, I have a job and lots of family support.

You have no legal right to keep the baby, but being family and if you can show you can provide a stable home and care for the child, there is a good case for you getting guardianship if your mom has to be incarcerated.
