Legal Question in Family Law in California
CA Abstract of Support Judgment
Ex moved from California after divorce, spousal support was paid by wage assignment, he has since quit his job. Can an Abstract of Support Judgment (FL-480) be recorded in another state? How can I create a lien on his property for unpaid spousal support?

yes you should find an attorney in the state where he moved to help you. An attorney here can not practice in another state.
As always please consult an attorney in your area before you take action.
Good luck.

Re: CA Abstract of Support Judgment
It depends upon the state. You need to register the order in the other state. At that time you can use the procedures of that state to create a lien. If you know his current employer you can send a wage assignment to that employer. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
