Legal Question in Family Law in California

In CA, do I need to file any other legal papers other than the contempt of court (for unlawful suspension of visitation) or will the visitation issues be addressed along with the contempt resolution?

The contempt asks the court to punish a violator of a court order. It does not directly resolve the visitation issues that may need to be reassessed due to the suspension of visitation. As a precaution, you should file a motion to modify and or enforce the parenting schedule and ask for make up visitation time to recapture the lost visitation.
