Legal Question in Family Law in California
CA - Mother ignored court ordered paternity test. She didn't show up to appointment.
This woman is only accusing me of fathering her 2 month old and when we went to court and finally got the Commissioner to order a DNA test, I paid for all of it and set the appointment up for her to bring the child for testing only to hear back from the clinic that the mom and baby were no-shows.
I have an attorney, but feel I need to find a new one based on other concerns.
I'd like to know what should happen next. The child is in a horrible situation and CPS has been called only they say there's nothing they can do until paternity is established. If this child is mine, I want to do the right thing but the mother is refusing to follow this court order and the ones before this. What are my options?!
Additional information
Next court date is late November when the child will be 3 months old. There has been no available chance to establish any bond as the mother is doing all she feels needed to make me look to be a "bad guy". I fear the child is being used as a pawn by her because of how our "relationship" ended.

Return to court on an enforcement motion and seek sanctions and attorney fees for bio mom's failure to follow the existing court orders. Request that the court put the case over for a few weeks to ensure mom has complied with the DNA testing.
I agree with Ms. Kock.
