Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a CA support Order, mother of children has legal custody. I am re-married and live in NV. Does CA courts allow for my new spouse's income to be considered in setting/modifying child support? Or is it only mine and mother's inomes? And can CA courts allow my new spouses wages to be garnished for past due child support?

Generally new spouses' income are not considered except for limited circumstances. I do not think the new spouse's income can be garnished if the obligor spouse is working. I have never seen it happen yet.
