Calculating Child support

2 yrs ago with the help of a mediator we agreed on an

amount of child support and half the medical expesnses

that my ex husband could afford, he has not continued

to pay half the medical expenses,decreased the time he

takes the children and had raises and a marriage. Can

the support be recalculated and h

Child support cannot be recalculated, if the mediated agreement was not made into a court order you may not be able to collect any unpaid support. But you can go to court and get the court to calculate and make a child support order. You may have some success in collecting one half of the uninsured medical expenses. You should take immediate action as every day that passes is one less day that will be covered by the new support order.
