Legal Question in Family Law in California

I need help calculating spousal support. My wife has not worked full time for 2 years. She did earn some money but the last 7 months she did not. Prior to that she earned slightly more than me. Now she is asking for spousal support & I have the kids (2). How much will I have to pay. I earn 80K per year.

This is not something that can be figured out with such limited information. You need to consult with a Family Law attorney who can go over the detailed financial information that is needed to make the child and spousal support determinations and calculations. If she earned more than you at one time, and can reasonably be expected to do so again, there is the possibility she will even not get any spousal support. But if she is not earning now, and has any time with the kids, she may get child support, at least for a while. There are just too many "ifs" without all the information laid out and run through the Dissomaster program.
