Legal Question in Family Law in California

im in calif and back in 97 i had a son and waved my rights to a paternity test and about 1999 she moved away to new jersey and have not seen her or him since then. then in 2001 or so was arrested on different charges so the courts added charges for not paying child support.. when i got out in 2005 i paid almost 30k for back child support..i recently gotten her to do a paternity test and the test came back negative im not the father.. now what can i do to clear my name from this in legal matters.

You're going to have to speak to an attorney. You may be considered the child's father by estoppel and may have waived your right to challenge paternity now.
