Calif. Case Henry v Henry

I'm trying to find the Calif. Case Henry v Henry, It would have to do with attorney fees being treated as child support. Basically they can be treated as a family debt like a grocery bill because the child has to be protected. Can you please tell me where I can find this case. My attorney used this in my case back in Oct. 1994. I can't find it anywhere. Can you help???
