Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am asking about Calif. Family Divorce Law.

We both live in Japan and were Calif. residents before.

The Family court will grant us a divorce but they want a copy of the section of Calif law

that says it is Okay or legal.

Thank you

Mr. Roach is correct. If you have not lived in California for the past six months, you cannot get a California divorce.
