Calif-community property state

I own my own house and title is held under my living trust. If I get married and 10 years down the road get divorced, will he have any rights to my house's equity?

It depends on whose money you use to make payments on the property. If you use solely your separate property to make payments, or to do repairs, then he may be entitled to some equity. By the way, your income from a job does not constitute "separate property."

You should consult with an attorney in person to ask the questions that need to be asked with regard to this.
