Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm in California. I don't want child support from my baby's father. How do I go about getting a legal document that states this?

You can't. The right to child support belongs to the child and you can't waive it. You can choose not to go after it, but you can't waive it. Should circumstances change and you became disabled, for example, or are receiving public assistance the state has the right to enforce the support obligation on behalf of the child. So you can't sign it away.
