California Common Law Marriage

What rights do I have if I am leaving a relationship of 13 years? His name is the only one on the house but we both pay for it.

You would have to discuss this matter with an attorney. This area of the law is very complex. You may have an interest in the real property. There are several possible theories that you may be able to raise to obtain a share in the house.
