Legal Question in Family Law in California

California ''declaration package''

I went to court to finalize my divorce proceedings. I was told by the clerk after I tried to turn in form FL-170 that it was a ''whole declaration package''. I went online and can't find any forms named like that. Do they mean the final judgement docs? San Bernardino Superior Court

Re: California ''declaration package''

You need to submit a package of material for the judgment, each county has different requirements. A family law facilitator may be helpful in self help situations.

As always, please contact a qualified attorney prior to taking any legal action.

Good luck,
