i had a attorney write a legal contract to get my inheritance i used for a down payment on are house. she filed for divorce and wants to live with me in our house she is on the title. and wont sell at the market price because she will recive 50% of the equity can a judge order it sold at a lower amount to insure a quick sale say 100k less than the realitor has it listed

She will receive 1/2 of the equity after you deduct the amount you used for a down payment, which will go back to you. Can't you afford to buy out her interest? Are there any debts you can agree to keep to offset her interest? You should consult with an attorney.
