My husband filed on May 14th but has not served me yet. My 10yr anniversary is Aug 16. Does the clock start after I am served or backdate to the date filed I need to know because of the 10yr alimony laws

The length of the marriage will be deemed to be from the date of marriage to the date of separation (living separate and apart).
