Legal Question in Family Law in California

California Divorce matter violation of TRO. I have a TRO against the Resp. in a divorce matter. The main point of the TRO is that the Resp made criminal threats against me to a 3rd party person and the 3rd party person ended up reporting this to the police. I learned about the threats through the police report. Respond violated the TRO by sending a 3rd party person to my house req his mail; he violated a Court Order by fraudulently accessing my cell account and placing a block on the phone (proof has been submitted naming him as the person who did this), there was a prior TRO 4 months ago and when the Police advised him of the TRO he liquidated the joint IRA account within hours. ( I have written proof that he was aware of the TRO at that time and statements showing the liquidation) My current lawyer says that he doesnt think I will win a full Restraining Order in court...my research shows differently...thoughts advice, etc..

It sounds like you are talking about two different TRO's. One TRO is for domestic violence, and the other TRO is one of the automatic TRO (ATRO) that is listed on the back of the dicorce summons. A violation of an ATRO regarding property does not have anything to do with domestic violence.
